All quotations provided by ID Ecological Management are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Fees are quoted exclusive of GST unless specified. We reserve the right to adjust fees where the scope of works changes materially from the original brief.
Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 2% per month.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs and reports, is the property of ID Ecological Management or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
Reports, management plans and other deliverables prepared by ID Ecological Management remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, copyright in deliverables transfers to the client for the purpose for which they were commissioned.
Where our services require access to your property or a third-party site, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access. You must inform us of any known hazards, environmental contamination, or access restrictions prior to site visits. ID Ecological Management maintains appropriate insurances and follows all relevant workplace health and safety legislation.
Our ecological assessments and reports are based on conditions observed at the time of survey and are limited to the scope agreed upon. Ecological conditions are inherently variable and can change over time due to natural processes, seasonal variation, weather events and other factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ID Ecological Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, warranty, right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any commercially sensitive information received from the other party during the course of an engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, required to be disclosed by law, or disclosed to regulatory authorities as part of the agreed scope of works.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
